Heather Ramirez is a self-proclaimed rock-n-roll cowgirl.  She’s edgy with down home sensibilities.  Heather comes from a family of eleven and has a large family herself.  With a household consisting of herself, her husband and five children, the number seven holds special meaning for Heather.

Professionally, Heather has had great success in fundraising and marketing for several nonprofits in Las Vegas including the American Red Cross, The Shade Tree, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas.  Heather’s efforts have supported multi-million dollar budgets, increased media coverage and public awareness by as much as seventy-five percent, and has trained and managed volunteers, staff members, and boards of directors.  Deciding to lead by example and fuel her own dreams, Heather founded Seven & Company in 2009.  In both her personal and professional lives, Heather has developed and nurtured strong relationships through her sincerity, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in other people.

Heather is also actively involved in the Las Vegas community.  She is an advisory board member for Project Shero and a group leader for Crown Financial.  Heather is also the past president of the Association of Professional Fundraisers (AFP) in Las Vegas and is a member of the United Way Women’s Leadership Council & Tocqueville Society.  Heather has an associates of arts degree in hotel and restaurant management from Community College of Southern Nevada and a bachelor of arts degree in communications with an emphasis in public relations from University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she also earned a certificate in nonprofit management.
